Joan did an amazing job of caring for our 3-month-old for 3 weeks when I transitioned from maternity leave to return to work. She was so helpful and I felt very comfortable and stress-free knowing Joan was at home with my little one. She spent between 4 to 7 hours a day caring for my son. She is very caring and paid him much love and attention. She is also always on time. She provided me with a rundown of how he did that day, how much he slept and ate, and what activities they did. Joan is also very communicative and always responded promptly to text or phone call. We are so lucky to have met Joan and had her help during this big transition!
