Joan is nothing but amazing. Anyone who would hire her would be lucky! We had her for almost a year until we decide it was time for our daughter who's almost 20 months to go to daycare. She is always on time, followed our daughter's sleep schedule since she is sleep trained. Drives our daughter to parks and libraries. She makes sure that Sloane always has an amazing day! She usually buy stuff for our daughter out of pocket just because. That's how thoughtful she is. (It's a Filipino thing)! We would def hire her again if we end up having a 2nd baby. She is family to us! We love Joan!
