Hi! My name's Jimmy, and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience working one-on-one with kids on the autism spectrum and those with behavioral or developmental needs. I'm passionate about helping children grow through structure, patience, and fun. I've spent my career building strong connections with kids and families -- helping them improve communication, independence, and social skills in ways that actually stick.
