About Jill

I'm a warm, dependable and highly organized professional with extensive experience managing people, schedules and the many details that keep life running smoothly. My experience with children began as a teenager babysitting and continued through high school and college working with children in special education. I'm also a parent and currently raising a preteen and teenager, giving me firsthand experience with children at every stage. I'm patient, compassionate, energetic and genuinely enjoy helping children grow in confidence and independence. I'm equally comfortable coordinating busy schedules, running errands, organizing a household, helping with meals and stepping in wherever a family needs support. I'm looking for a family where I can become a trusted, reliable part of their day-to-day life. I value open communication, mutual respect, consistency and creating a safe, positive environment for children.
