I communicate with families by providing verbal updates, and I always follow their preferred method. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I hold a graduate degree and am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my skills and positive energy to your family.
