When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I believe open communication with both students and parents is the foundation of a successful, collaborative environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult concept is the most rewarding part of my work.
