About Jilline

We scheduled an interview time with Jilline, which she agreed to, and she did not show up. We then rescheduled for a second agreed-upon time. Again, she did not attend — and there has been no communication, no explanation, and no follow-up after either missed appointment. I fully understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. What’s difficult to accept is the complete lack of communication following two missed commitments. When families are arranging care — especially during stressful and medically sensitive situations — reliability and basic communication are not optional. They are essential. I hope this feedback encourages greater professionalism moving forward.
