With 2 years of home care and 1. 5 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and helping them maintain their independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle any confusion with care. I provide respite care, hospice care, transportation, personal care, and more. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's daily reports or verbal updates. Respecting independence is key to building connections. I am eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family. I believe people should be able to stay in their home for as long as possible and I am glad to be able to provide that support to the individual and family.
