Hi there! I'm hold a doctorate degree in occupational therapy with a background in supporting older adults' mental and emotional well-being. While I haven't provided hands-on help with personal care (like bathing or dressing), I'm comfortable assisting with things like light housekeeping, meal prep, rides to appointments, and staying engaged in meaningful daily activities. I truly enjoy working with seniors and bringing patience, creativity, and a calm presence to the people I support. I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, calm, and a little goofy. I've always had a special connection with older adults. I grew up living on and off with my grandma in a retirement community, and she was truly my best friend. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the wisdom, humor, and stories that come with age. In my spare time, I like to hike, dance, float the river, Dj weddings, watch movies, explore new cities, and spend time with my dog.
