Britta was an employee of mine and taught riding lessons to children & adults. Her communication skills were great, she brought energy, lesson plans and appropriately tailored to her lessons to the rider. She was positive, caring, and kind while having the technical experience. She's educated and is a life long learner & I could not recommend her enough. I do know her mother has had some severe health events and Britta has been key with the care of her mother. And, she was a live-in caregiver for a mutual friend who had a bone marrow transplant that was a serious involved situation. I believe it was for 2 weeks of 24 hour care (by herself) to minimize patient's exposure to outside viruses. Lastly, we retired is why our work relationship ended.
