I can help with staying active, meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry, scheduling and transportation to appointments, medication management and companionship. POST HOSPITAL CARE: have you just returned from a hospital stay and not quite up to speed yet? I can help. I'm able to stay overnight at your home until you feel safe to be independent again. Don't need overnight help? I can do daily visits until you have recuperated. HOSPICE/END OF LIFE: are you a caregiver for someone at the end of life? I can provide overnight relief so that you can get some sleep. CAREGIVER SUPPORT: if you are in the position of caregiver and need some help, please reach out.
