About Jewelana

I experienced challenges myself as a kid and want to support others to feel they have a voice and get to express themselves. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and I am comfortable with up to three children. I hold a college degree and have worked in a special needs classroom. I also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. My approach is both creative and friendly. I enjoy playing games, imaginative play, and exploring art and music with children. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and crafts.
