Ultimately, my low review is due to Jess ghosting my family. She was due to watch my kids (1/3) while I lectured at CCSU. She didn’t call, didn’t text, and didn’t show up. In the five or six times Jess did watch my kids, we found her to be an active sitter. She crafted, took them for walks, and taught them games. There was some trouble sticking to their daily routines, but nothing that couldn’t be solved with more time and communication. I’m disappointed in her failure to communicate.
