I'm a childcare professional with 10 years of experience caring for children from newborns to teens (16 years), including those with ASD and allergies. I earned a 4. 0 GPA in college and bring that same love of learning into my work-whether it's reading together, supporting homework, exploring nature, or getting creative with arts and crafts.

My philosophy is simple: create a safe, supportive space where kids can learn, play, and grow, while setting clear, loving boundaries. I believe every child is unique, and I tailor my approach to each family's needs-blending nurture, structure, and plenty of fun.

Jess did a fantastic job as our night nanny for our newborn daughter! 9pm to 9am is a tough shift, but she tackled it with gusto! Punctual, knowledgeable, caring, and fun, Jess showed us the ropes of being a new parent. We couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you Jess!

Jess was our night nurse for a handful of nights when we needed help with our twin babies from when they were about 3 weeks old to 2 months. (She was committed to another family at the time, so we got her whenever she possibly could!) She is amazing- confident, so helpful, intelligent, easy to be around, sees what needs to be done and takes initiative; she was truly a delightful presence in our home. It's not easy finding someone you feel comfortable not only trusting your babies with but also sleeping in your home, but Jess felt almost part of the family very quickly. I would highly recommend her for any childcare needs.

Jess is such a sweet, kind, honest, trustworthy, caring and smart person. I was very happy to have met her not only for a caregiver but also for a person! She took care of my second baby over night as a night nurse from day one when we came back from hospital. She was very caring and loving to my son, which was all needed for the newborn baby. We were following a baby nap/feeding schedule from one of the book we liked, and Jess was very good at reading so she could help us finding solutions from that book every time my baby had hard time getting down, etc. Also she is very intuitive and came up with ideas what my son seemed to like and using as a soothing tool, for example she discovered that my son liked to look up the light and stopped crying. Also she is a wonderful singer and my son was always soothed by her beautiful voice and singing! 
We recommend Jess to anyone who is having a newborn baby and need a night nurse!!

Jess was a wonderful blessing who came into our lives just when we needed help with our 18mo old daughter. She was so sweet and patient with our daughter, playing with her and taking her outside to play. She is very intuitive and great at reading what a child needs. We had one hard day when our daughter wasn't feeling good because she had a cold and Jess was so cool and calm and helped us and our daughter get through it. We trusted her completely and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, responsible and thoughtful caregiver for their child.

Jess is terrific. She is warm, friendly, punctual, bright, and took great care of our 4 month old daughter, managing everything from feeds to baths and strategizing ways to get her to nap. She is a gifted singer and would soothe our daughter with songs. We were also struck by how immediately comfortable she was with us, the house, and the baby--there was no hump of awkwardness to get over--and it was always a pleasure to communicate with her over phone, email, or this site. I would highly recommend her.

PS. She was fully vaccinated and good about masking and informing us if she had cold-like symptoms.

We've been working with Jess for years and our two kids (7, 5) love her! She is an engaged, dedicated caregiver who holds genuine interest in each of our children. She is an amazing balance of warmth, poise and experience--truly a rare find and a joy to work with.

Jess helped us temporarily until our son was ready to start daycare and she was wonderful. She helped both with my 11 month old and with my 8 year old. She has lots of patience!! My 11 month old is very difficult but she has the patience of a saint and always came to work cheerful and left cheerful no matter how difficult he was to deal with. We will continue to have her help us for date nights and highly recommend her.

Jess is completely wonderful!  Jess has worked with our family, taking care of our two daughters (ages 5 and 8), for a year.  She was amazingly loving and supportive during the pandemic and all the challenges it brought.  Jess has a wealth of knowledge about child development: she knows how to communicate with children, validate big feelings, and set clear boundaries.  She is thoughtful, creative and flexible.  The girls love her!  She is incredibly responsibly, punctual and trustworthy.  You won't find better than Jess.

Jessica is absolutely wonderful. My 2, 3, and almost 4 year old love her, and they look forward to spending time with her each week. I feel like my children are in very good hands when Jess is taking care of them, she's fun but she also can be firm with them which is something my 3 year old son desperately needs. Jess is the kind of help that any mom would want - she has done all sorts of things to help me and my boys, and she's done all of those tasks with kindness, respect, and care. She's done traditional date night babysitting for both of my boys (ages 10 and 3), to taking on all of my mom responsibilities including the driving of my children when I had to be out for surgery. We also hired her to house sit and take care of our pets while we were away for a weekend. Jess is trustworthy, dependable and is worth every penny. My boys really like and respect her and so do I. My pets jump for joy when she arrives as well!

We just moved to the area and needed a babysitter for my 7 year old son. It was such a relief to find Jess. She was punctual and responsible, and comfortable picking up my son from school. She took the initiative to keep me updated via text which I really appreciated. We hope to hire her again as a babysitter going forward.

Jess helped us out while our regular Nanny was on vacation.  She was reliable, dependable, and our boys really liked her!  I would definitely hire her again.
