Jess is absolutely amazing. Where to even start? I had been exclusively nursing and had to go back to work. Although I was working from home I wasn’t able to nurse my baby anymore and we were dealing with pretty bad bottle refusal, he wouldn’t even take a pacifier. When Jess came to help she got him to take the pacifier right away and he also started taking the bottle slowly! She was creative and gentle with our baby during the transition and it relieved so much of my anxiety. He also struggled with sleep as I had been holding him for every nap… she came in and was so in tune with his sleepy cues that she was able to make him fall asleep without struggling or overtired tears. She even came to help for a while overnight so I could get some sleep, and it made such a big difference. While she took care of him during the day, she took him on walks, played with him, and sang to him. I never had to worry about my baby being cared for and happy. We love Jess and she still comes to help us when we need help and she’s available.
