About Jessica

I've been caring for children since I was 11, starting out at a kids' camp and babysitting my nephew regularly. By 13, I was also babysitting my pastor's grandson on a consistent basis. At 15, I began working professionally as a nanny for two children (ages 2 and 4). My next position involved caring for a 6-month-old and a 5-year-old, along with taking on household tasks like cooking and cleaning. At 16, I began working at my church's daycare, where I spent over two years as the head teacher of the2-year-old class. I also filled in across other age groups when needed, working with children from 6 months to 5 years old. In my classroom, I typically managed about five kids at a time. Since then, I've had two more jobs: one caring for a 4-year-old for eight months, and another with two kids (ages 2 and 5) for three months. At this time, I have a reference available from the daycare I worked at. I'd love the chance to bring my experience, patience, and love for kids into a new family!
