About Angela

I've been in childcare for more than 15 years, starting in 1999 at Primrose School in Alpharetta, Ga, through several major early learning centers including The Goddard School, La Petite Academy and Kids 'R Kids to my current position as a Pre-K teacher with Head Start with Hampton Roads Community Action Program in Newport News. Through all my positions, I've worked with and cared for a range of ages, from 6-week-old infants to 10-year-old after school students. Each age came with their own unique needs and challenges, but figuring out how to get everyone what they needed is the fun part. I'm both MAT and CPR/First Aid certified, have my own reliable transportation and can make care both fun and a learning experience at the same time, while keeping everyone safe and doing my best to meet the family's expectations and needs.
