While I have not spent time as a paid caregiver, I took care of my mother when she was diagnosed with cancer thru end of life. I also took care of my father from hospitalization to lung transplant to post surgery recovery. Prior to caring for my parents, I spent 17yrs working in a support capacity for a home care business as a Business Relationship Manager/Project Manager. I am eager to apply all of my knowledge and experience and empathy to care for your loved one. Also, I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'd describe my personality as warm, empathic, and open. I like caring for seniors because of the knowledge and stories they have to share. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my schedule. I started caring for seniors when my mother got sick. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I will be your loved one's advocate. My skills include companionship, transportation, meals.
