I have been a caregiver for the last 6 years, gained a lot of experience. Skills l bring to the job are compassion, empathy, patience, communication, problem solving, time management, physical strength, positive attitude, stamina, observant, basic first aid, medical knowledge. Compassionate, Empathetic and Adaptable. I observe, patient, problem solving and communicate. With this l was given a privilege to manage a group home for the last 4 years. I like caring for seniors because it gives the opportunity to make meaningful difference in someone's life, personal growth and deep connections. I'm looking for a job that is supportive work environment, fair pay, flexible hours, well defined job descriptions, safety and respect. I started caring for seniors when l came to Texas in 2019.
