About Jessica

Hi! I'm looking to help out some families who need an occasional babysitter for date nights/events or a part time regular babysitter until I will be teaching again in mid-August. I'd also be happy to help with tutoring. I am off for the summer, so I have a lot of availability during the week (just not full time as I am taking classes and professional development). Weekends are a bit busier, but Fridays are usually free! In the fall I will begin my second year of teaching first grade. I graduated from Illinois State University with a major in Elementary Education. I have worked with kids for over 5 years and have experience with most age groups. I've been a gymnastics coach, camp counselor, daycare assistant teacher and now an elementary school teacher. I am CPR/ First Aid certified. I love pets and have three dogs myself!
