About Jessica Michelle

I have approximately five years of experience in childcare, working with young toddlers and in a NC Pre-K classroom. I've created a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while supporting early childhood development through age-appropriate learning activities, play, and daily routines. I'm experienced in guiding positive behavior, fostering social and emotional growth, and maintaining open communication with families. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. Outside of professional settings, I stay actively involved in childcare by helping in my church nursery. I also have a busy 2-year-old niece who brings so much joy to my life and keeps me on my toes!
