About Jessica

Hello! My name is Jessica. I believe in embracing diversity and creating a space where children can explore, grow, and thrive. My 20 years of experience includes working on a child study team, Early Head Start program, middle schools, high schools, EI, and w/ kids with ASD and complex needs. I'd describe my personality as efficient, adaptable, and understanding. I like working with kids because I love creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space where every child feels seen and supported. I'm looking for a job that is consistent. I'm not quite sure what else to add here, but safe and a parents as partners approach. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, shop, watch movies at home, and surf the internet. One thing you should know about me is that Spanish is my native language. My skills include patience, active listening, and problem solving skills.
