I hired Hafsa as our nanny for my daughter at 6 months old (almost 2 years ago). We had a screening at Starbucks where she shared her experience and approach to providing her services. Hafsa was very pleasant, open and flexible with my needs as a first time parent. We aligned on a schedule, baby engagement and pay that would satisfy all parties involved. Originally she came to my house but with time, we adjusted and my daughter went to her house. While we’ve built a strong level of trust, Hafsa went above and beyond to accommodate this shift. She picks her up and also purchased a nanny cam for transparency throughout the day. She’s easy to work with, values the relationship with the family she’s providing service for, and ensures the child is well taken care of; she’s become an extended family member. Would highly recommend her!
