About Jessica

Empowering young learners to feel confident and capable is one of the most important things I have accomplished in my 13 plus years in education. As a certified teacher, and Reading Specialist I specialize in helping elementary students master all subject areas, particularly reading. Every child has unique needs and interests , so I tailor my approach by integrating visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples relevant to their interests to keep lessons engaging. By celebrating small victories and fostering a supportive environment, I help students build the confidence necessary to tackle even the most challenging concepts. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with families to ensure we are always aligned on progress and goals. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am dedicated to making learning a truly enjoyable experience. I look forward to helping your child discover the joy of academic success and watching their curiosity grow.
