About Jessica

I an LPN, worked with elderly care for 14 year, 8 of those years as a medication technician, 5 years as an LPN including 2 of those years as clinical supervisor/ coordinator for our memory care unit. Hands on experience bathing, dressing, toileting and all of the above. I have plenty of experience with dementia. Do housekeeping, run errands. my personality is passionate, giving, and loving I will pay close attention to detail with patients and if I feel something is not right, family call right away. I am big on time management and having a routine. I am hands on but also know when space and quiet is needed. My skills include one on one care, head to toe assessment, redirecting if needed and with background in memory care I can decipher what a patient is trying to communicate to me. I have years of experience with dementia. CPR/First aid certified. my personality is passionate, giving, and loving
