As a woman in my 60s, I had the pleasure of having Nicole as my caregiver for three wonderful years, and I truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She worked with me in my home for 8 hours a day, assisting with breakfast, lunch, and preparing dinner. Nicole also helped me with bathing, kept my house spotless, and handled all of my laundry with care and consistency. Beyond the daily tasks, Nicole scheduled my doctor appointments, drove me to them, and took care of all my grocery shopping. She is incredibly caring, patient, and simply wonderful to have around. Her presence brought comfort and peace to my home every single day. Nicole’s departure was due to her husband, a retired military serviceman, accepting a Department of Defense position in Florida. While I’m deeply saddened that she no longer cares for me, I know the next person she helps will be truly lucky to have her. She will be missed.
