About Jessica

I worked in two assisted living facilities in Colorado. In one of them, I worked solely in the memory care wing. I also briefly worked for a home health care company as well. I have experience working with people with memory issues and with a wide range of physical and cognitive disabilities. I can provide meal prep, light house keeping, assistance with bathing and dressing, any other hygiene related activities, laundry, and errands. I also have experience with medication administration during my time at assisted living facilities. My bachelor's degree is also in Exercise Science, so I can also help with any exercises someone may have been given.
