About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as fun, loving, and caring I like working with kids because they are such a joy to work with. I'm looking for a job that makes life easier with work life balance. I started working with kids when I was in high school it was the first job I ever started doing to earn money and learning new things everyday is one of the best parts of it. I have worked with autistic children and I've also worked with Down syndrome and other disabilities. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my nieces and nephews or do a puzzle, read a book, or watch some tv. One thing you should know about me is I take what I do serious and I'll always make sure you children will be very loved and make sure they are always safe My skills include age-appropriate communication, consistent hygiene routines, risk awareness, Child Development Knowledge, Play-Based Learning, Adaptability, Family Communication, Active Listening, and Positive Behavior Guidance
