About Jessica

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. I have five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Direct Support Professional prior to going into case management. I am passionate about supporting well-being and independence. My graduate degree has further equipped me with the knowledge to provide comprehensive care. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am also skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I am compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding individual preferences and personal history to build strong connections. I follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I hold currently CPR and First Aid certifications. I would love to use my skills to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family.
