Jessica worked for us for. Total of 3.5 years caring for our two boys. Working from home, I was able to see her interacts with my children and even took some of her techniques I saw that worked. She is kind, loving and always has the kids safety and best interests in the forefront of everything she does. We would have kept her forever had my boys not both entered school full time .
