About Jessica

Hello, my name is Jess. I have over 10 years of experience providing childcare for children from birth through 12 years of age across multiple families. In these roles, I have supported daily routines, encouraged age-appropriate development, and provided a safe, engaging environment tailored to each child's needs. In addition to my nannying and babysitting experience, I have volunteered extensively with children with disabilities throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, which has further strengthened my skills in child development, communication, and fostering meaningful play. I completed my undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill. I am kind, out-going, patient and compassionate. I love working with kids because it provides me with the opportunity to develop a new purpose everyday and brings me joy.
