I'd describe my personality as cheerful, patient and caring! I like caring for seniors because I enjoy listening to their stories, learning from their experiences, and helping them feel valued and cared for. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility and allows me to take pride in the work I do. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. I routinely assisted her caregivers with day-to-day tasks, as well as staying overnight when her being home alone at night was no longer a viable option. In my spare time, I like to garden, read, do puzzles or crafts and spend time with my family. I am a mother of four who recently transitioned from working full-time to being a stay at home parent. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your family member with the utmost care, patience, and compassion. My main skills include cleaning, cooking, and companionship. I am happy to provide any household services that may need to be done!
