I also handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I communicate through written daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls. I always follow the family's preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. My calm and friendly nature helps me connect with those I care for.
