About Jen

I've spent the last 20 years raising my own kids, including seasons as a full-time mom, and now that they're older, I enjoy supporting other families in a part-time or occasional nannying role. I genuinely enjoy children and believe it takes a village. Raising kids is a big job, and in my opinion, one of the most important jobs in the world. I have a degree in early childhood education, and I'm comfortable with children of all different ages. I'm active, creative, calm, and grounded. One of my strengths is connecting with kids, tuning in to their energy and interests, and offering a good balance of play, structure, and support. I'm open to outdoor play, creative projects, reading, games and other engaging activities. I'm happiest interacting with kids and helping them have a fun, active, connected day. My rate starts at $20/hour for one child. I'm open to discuss additional children, meal prep, or household support ahead of time, with those needs reflected in the hourly rate.
