About Jenny

I'd describe my personality as funny, caring, and uplifting. I like tutoring because I love working one on one to connect with a student and work towards their full potential. I love unlocking the secret that helps a subject click for a student. I'm looking for a job that can help a student feel more confident, listened too and challenged to reach their goals I started tutoring when I was a teenager! I have worked privately, in afterschool programs, and learning centers. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors hiking, kayaking, swimming, or laying on a beach. I also love to read and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I have worked with children for over 20 years in all different settings from sports coaching, summer camp director, after school program coordinator to substitute teaching. I truly love children and strive to enrich their lives any way I can.
