About Jennifer

Hello! I am a licensed teacher and intervention specialist looking for summer work. I currently work for Columbus City Schools as a pre-K special education teacher, and have been with the district for 4 years. I love working individually with my students, differentiating instruction and providing extra support to help them reach their goals. Additionally, I have been providing families with childcare since I was 12 years old. I nannied all through college and graduate school. I have experience preparing meals, doing light housework and driving children to and from activities. I'm looking for a summer job with part-time hours. Whether tutoring or child-care, I am looking for a job that is fun and active and can be help me become a better teacher. I am passionate about focusing on the whole child. I seek to empower them and help them build their confidence while also having fun and incorporating learning into everyday life.
