About Jennifer

Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher. As I got older I experienced the impact of teachers and wanted to be a part of that. I'm 33 years old and my recent experience includes being a nanny to a 2-year-old for about a year and a half. She has two siblings who are HS/middle school age. Before that I was the nanny to the same family for four and a half years (they have 3 kids). I worked at the Goddard School in Friendswood as both the Pre-Todd's and Infant Room Lead Teacher. Before I moved to Texas I was working at a preschool in Colorado (where I'm from) with a mixed age classroom. As a caregiver, I prefer to be active and believe in structure and boundaries. Im a silly person and have a good sense of humor! I'm very loving and patient towards everyone. I strongly believe the relationship you have with the parents is just as important as the one you have with the kids. I want to feel like I'm part of the family. Im looking for something long term and full time.
