Was interviewed and hired for the job. Had communicated 2 weeks prior to her start date about future dates. On the day she was supposed to show up, she was a no call, no show. Didn't answer any texts or repeated calls and never told me ahead of time that she was not going to make it. Had to make a mad scramble last minute for childcare. Very unprofessional
