As a caregiver with one year of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide regular updates via text or phone call, as well as written daily reports. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities when needed. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I offer a range of services, including respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and physical activity. I also have experience in dementia care and medical management. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
