About Jennifer

I'm a mother of two young adult males. I have 18 years of experience caring for them in their daily lives. I have the physical ability to assist any person needing the average daily assistance with living, such as dressing and meal care can administer medications as per schedule given by physicians. Can assist with staying active by going on walk and outdoor activities, as well as indoors like yoga or Pilates. Can even make trips to the local gym if the person is able to travel. I am completely capable of making meals and or meal planning to ensure proper nutrition is met based on needs of the individual. I'm also very adaptable and can roll with the flow if for some reason something out of the ordinary arises. I enjoy conversation with many people, on various topics and can maintain a safe level of companionship.
