Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. My background includes 4 years of working in a skilled nursing facility as a CNA and 7 years working in a hospital as a CNA. I'm experienced in providing transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also offer mobility assistance and support individuals with dementia and those receiving hospice services. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I always prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I'm comfortable with pets and have my own car for errands and shopping.
