It brings me joy to help adults and seniors maintain their independence. For the past five years, I have provided respite care, transportation, and help with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am trained in First Aid. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I provide verbal updates and follow each family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
