Hi! A little bit about me, I'm a foodie who loves children, dance and traveling the world. I've been a multi-child nanny for the past 6 years. My 1st family had 3 girls ages 5-11 that I nannied for a year and a half. The 2nd had a 2 y/o toddler that I nannied for over a year. The 3rd had a 1 y/o and 5 y/o. The 4th family had a 2. 5 y/o. I aided from nap time to snack time to play time. For four years I was a 3rd grade TA at a private catholic academy in SD. I worked  for a number of years as a Preschool & Pre-K Asst. Teacher (Ages 3-5), camp counselor (Ages 5-12) and a before/after-school counselor (varied ages). For 3 years I worked as a Childcare Aide. There I watched, played, fed and changed infants and toddlers (Ages 0-3). Lastly for over 8 years I worked on cruise-ships in the children's department. I played with children from all over the world from ages 3-17. I am a reliable and trustworthy person that will keep your child safe, while having tons of fun!

Jennifer stepped in when we needed care for our 11 month old after a mild illness that kept her out of daycare. She was right on time, asked great questions, and was able to jump right in. She kept our very active kiddo entertained and followed her cues for her needs. We didn’t think to ask for notes but Jennifer provided notes about the day which was super helpful. We are looking forward to working with her again! 

Working with Jennifer was amazing! She really puts a lot of care in how she approaches child care. My toddler is uneasy upon meeting new people and Jennifer sat bringing a sense of calm and really allowed for some time for my kiddo to warm up. Even through my kiddo's meltdown she was able to ease their discomfort. I knew I would be in good hands when I left out for a carefree adult night out. Jennifer had so many games and educational toys to keep my kiddo entertained without needing to use screen time! She sent plenty of pictures and other feedback so that my mind would be at ease as to how things were transpiring while I was gone away from home. Jennifer has a sunny personality and is really easy to talk to, she is aware of this community and its current events and offered a lot of good suggestions of upcoming area events, as well as some suggestions on how to keep calm and keep cool on such a hot weekend. I am grateful for her and her services and what highly recommend her to anyone who would like to work with her. I would definitely choose her again! 

Jennifer is an exceptional nanny who truly stepped in when I needed help the most. When my four-year-old son was sick and I was balancing the care of my one-year-old, Jennifer responded to my request almost immediately. She arrived dressed as Meekah, and my son was instantly delighted. Her joyful personality allowed them to bond right away, and her ability to care for both of my children simultaneously gave me the opportunity to finally get some much-needed rest. Beyond her excellent childcare, she went above and beyond by tidying up the playroom without being asked. Jennifer is not only professional and highly capable but also incredibly warm-hearted. We truly enjoyed her company and would love to have her back in the future.

We hired Jennifer twice while we were visiting Seattle. She is a wonderful and genuinely kind person who came prepared with games and activities planned that our 3-year old absolutely loved. Our little guy is typically shy around new adults, but Jennifer's positivity made it a non-issue. He couldn't wait for her to return for the second visit. We can't recommend her enough! 

Jennifer was an excellent sitter! She watched our two boys (1 and 3). They loved her. Would recommend for anyone.

Jennifer was our first experience with Care.com and was very reassuring! Communication and coordinating the stay was easy. Jennifer had a very calming yet energetic presence and our toddler happily engaged with her immediately! She followed up with thoughtful questions and did a variety of activities with our little guy, who definitely had fun. Would happily work with Jennifer again!

Our crew of 8 children loved Jennifer ! She helped our family for a short time as we prepared for a move. Each day she came with fun games for our children which everyone loved because -yay for toys that are different than our own !! She had energy to keep up with our big family and was always smiling and happy. Our kids fed off this and loved having her around. 

We needed a one time nanny for a day and Jennifer kindly stepped in for the day. She was wonderful! Our toddler is normally a little slow to warm up to strangers, but not Jennifer. Our son very quickly started playing with Jennifer and was immediately accepting of her care. We had a great experience and highly suggest Jennifer to others. 

We hired Jennifer to take care of our 2.5 year old when daycare was closed for a week. Jennifer did an excellent job and my daughter still remembers her name and asks for her. Jennifer was thorough during the interview, asked many clarifying questions and quickly adapted to our daughter's high energy. Every day she came prepared with extra toys and activities and was very patient letting our child explore things by herself. She also left everything as she found it, and we appreciated her cleanliness and tideness. We would hire Jennifer again in a heartbeat.

We can't say enough positive things about Jennifer--she's really terrific! Jennifer watched our 18-month old son for 3 weeks when we found ourselves with an unexpected childcare gap. Jennifer responded to our ad right away, and her wealth of experience came through the first time we spoke. 

Right from the start, she quickly learned our son's schedule and helped reinforce it. She kept him active and engaged--she sang, played, and read with him enthusiastically. They went for daily walks to playgrounds, libraries and the community center in our neighborhood. At his age, our son can be moody sometimes. Jennifer was completely unfazed. She just made sure his needs were met and cared for him with warmth and patience until he was feeling better. 

Even in such a short time, we came to really like and appreciate Jennifer. Our son is starting daycare, otherwise we'd have been thrilled to have her stay on full time. As it is, we'll gladly have her back for babysitting whenever her schedule permits. Any family would be lucky to have their children in her care!

Jennifer is great! She is kind, attentive, arrives on time and my daughter loves spending time with her. We highly recommend her childcare services!

A newly-single dad, Jennifer has watched my 8yo daughter several times. In a word- she is amazing - she's punctual, friendly, communicative and engaged, and even showed up with games! I could not recommend her more highly.

My 2yr old daughter had a surgery and needed to stay cold-free for at least 2 weeks before the surgery. We decided to keep our daughter at home with an In-house nanny instead of sending her daycare. Jennifer took care of my daughter very responsibly during the time. My daughter didn't really like to stay at home and play, but after spending time with Jennifer at home for a week, she enjoyed it a lot :)

My daughtr was having a surgery and we needed an In-house nanny who could keep her safe at home until the surgery instead of sending her daycare. Jennifer understood exactly what she needed to do and took care of our daughter very responsibly. In fact my daughter didn't really enjoy staying at home and playing, but after Jennifer, she enjoys it a lot more than before.

Jennifer was amazing with my 2yo daughter and was able to build a connection when they first met right away.  My daughter really enjoyed being in her care.  She is professional, playful and educational; the perfect combination for a caregiver. I would 100% recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer was with us for a week while our regular nanny was unavailable. She was a real pro with our toddler, who was comfortable with Jennifer from the minute she arrived. Jennifer was punctual, quickly learned my toddler's routine and was fully self-sufficient. She did a great job in interacting with my kiddo and getting her involved in activities (reading books, motor skills, singing songs, talking). We saw development in my kiddo who could now speak a few more words :) I would recommend Jennifer to other parents looking for a caregiver for their child.

Jennifer joined us for 2 weeks while our regular nanny was traveling. She was fantastic to work with, and was able to quickly learn our routine with little guidance. Our toddler was all smiles and enjoyed actively playing with Jennifer at home and going to the park. We worked from home while Jennifer was here and we enjoyed having her company and found her to be extremely pleasant. We will certainly be keeping Jennifer in mind for future babysitting needs!
