About Jennifer

I am a 28-year-old graduate student, enrolled in an online Masters of Social Work program which will not interfere with work. My professional goals are to someday work with children and adolescents within foster care and residential systems. I am married and look forward to having children after graduating school in 3-4 years. Growing up, my mother ran a daycare center in our home ranging from 8-15 children at one time and I saw the value of strong and compassionate adult influences. I have experience watching infants and children from church as well as children of my friends and family. I have also assisted in after school reading/tutoring groups at church (ages 6-10), as well as an in-school volunteer teaching assistant (ages 8-9). I have not held a paid babysitting/nanny position since High School, 10 years ago, however, I would love the opportunity to meet with parents in need of child care. I care about children of all ages and I can't wait to hear from you!
