Hello! :) 

I'm a 28-year-old member of care. com for 10 years, caring for now over a dozen families through this app. I am CPR/First Aid, CBHCM and PCCSS certified with years of social work and caregiving experience from infants to teens. As well as assisting with to-do's including house sitting/tidying, errands and dog sitting! My strongest qualities are compassion, creativity, clear communication and balancing play with responsibilities. I treat the children I care for as if they were my own, and create strong bonds almost instantly. I'd be delighted to help care for your family and be your helper!

Amber was great! My daughter had so much fun. 

Amber is great with my two girls. She’s compassionate and calm in childcare. She keeps the kids engaged and my 3-year old absolutely loves her. She’s generous to bring some thoughtful holiday gifts for girls. She’s a good person to work with!

Amber was great with my two special needs children! She is calm and compassionate. Her compensation included household tasks I needed help with as well, which was great that she was willing to provide services beyond just childcare. We will continue to call on Amber when we need services! 

Amber has been a phenomenal addition to our routine. She takes every precaution and handles the care of the children to the utmost respect. Amber has gone above and beyond making the children comfortable, as well as, querying any worries I myself may have being the first babysitter I have ever hired. Do not hesitate to give this young woman any chance to help, she's wonderful at her job. 

Ms. Amber was wonderful with our two children and very patient with our puppy.

She really did a great time engaging the kids in a lot of activities. She got them outside and having fun. The kids really liked her!

Amber has gone above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate her kind nature, adaptability, commitment and communication. I am so thankful for her big sister approach to taking care of my 9 month old and helping with various projects. 

Amber helped with our 14 month old for 5 days while we were on vacation! She did a great job and was very reliable. Will definitely use her again!

Amber is such a sweet person. She is calm, creative and generous (often bringing little toys or games). My four year old son just loves her (and her dog Freya), and gets so excited when she comes over. My son can be very strong willed at times and she handles it with kindness and maturity. Amber is eager to please and has a flexible, peaceful energy that we so appreciate in our home!

Amber was so kind hearted and made my kids feel so special. She was happy to play with them at their level and keep them safe. She also helped tremendously around the house. She is a kind person who has the right mindset and experience to care for children. I highly recommend and will use her next time we are in town!

Amber is wonderful! From the onset she has been punctual, responsive, and most importantly caring. She has gone above and beyond. My daughter is 9 and she goes on bike rides, picnics at the beach, does crafts, and keeps busy. It's very obvious she isn't just there to babysit but actually engage and provide a beautiful and positive experience for your little one. I feel very lucky to have her watch my daughter. My daughter adores her and can't wait until the next time she gets to see her. Highly recommend.

Amber is dependable, caring and patient. She cares for our 3 daughters during the day as my husband and I both work from home. We've had a smooth transition as she's joined our family unit and we enjoy having her here!

We interviewed Amber for a part time after school position and were very impressed! Unfortunately she received a different offer that was better for her so we weren't able to have her regularly. But we keep her on our go-to list for occasional needs. Especially unique needs like when we had multiple families' kids over while the parents went out. She's a high quality care provider!
