About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as warm, curious and open. My skills include listening, asking questions and watching body language and queues to make sure children feel safe. I can usually tell when child needs to feel more included or if they just need a little bit of a break. I completed the conscious discipline course and learned quite a bit from it and understand that child's regulation of their nervous system is the key to setting them up for a successful task, events or period of time. Helping a child organize and manage their feelings makes them feel safe and allows all parties to maximize their time together. I have a 16-year-old, an 8-year-old and 7-year-old.
