Jennifer is caring, dependable, and very knowledgeable about taking care of the elderly. She worked for our family for about 6 years first taking care of our mother with dementia, and then for our father until he also passed. We completely trusted Jennifer to help take care of their needs and also their home; even helping them to manage and pay their bills occasionally. She would schedule and take them to doctor appointments when needed and saw to it that their prescriptions were refilled on time. Jennifer was very good about following doctor's orders and also managing their daily meds. In addition, she made sure to prepare nutritious meals that they enjoyed and would even take my father out to eat or on other excursions when he wanted to get out of the house. Jennifer was flexible and compromising when working with other caregivers to arrange schedules and worked hard to make sure our parents had continuity in their care by communicating changes in their health and needs. Jennifer became more like a member of our family rather than just a caregiver and we were extremely fortunate to have found her.
