As an early childhood professional my role in the lives of children and families is very important. I want them to feel comfortable and trust the teacher. But having someone to reassure you and comfort you through the process of daycare/ school. Feeling comfortable to come to the early childhood teacher for advice, expressing concern having a question answered can be very comforting and reassuring to a parent. My experience in this profession has been a great start. I have always wanted to be an educator. I'm a person who is always giving a helping hand and just trying to be a positive vibe! What I mean by that is I have always liked to be there for everyone, making sure people / kids feel better, safe, trusted, and calm. I want to be there for children and give them a safe, comfortable, calm environment for playing, developing, and learning from the plans I have created. Teachers have such an important role in children's lives, I always knew I wanted to be one of those people..
