About Laura

I am a dedicated early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience supporting children of all abilities. My caregiving journey began in 2010 working as a Personal Care Assistant, Skills Trainer, and Respite Worker for a family with two children with special needs a role I held for 12 years. Inspired by that experience, I earned my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education along with my Lead Teacher and Director 1 & 2 certifications. I have worked as a Lead Teacher, Childcare Director, and currently work in an educational setting supporting students with special needs. Whether helping with skill-building or providing one-on-one care, my goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel confident and supported.
