About Jennifer

I am delighted to recommend Jennifer K (Jenny), who has been an invaluable part of our family for more than four years. Jenny began caring for our family when our oldest son was just six months old, and she has cared for both of our boys ever since. She has been so much more than a nanny to us—she has been a trusted caregiver, a tremendous support to our family, and someone we have come to rely on completely. Jenny has played an important role in helping our children reach their developmental milestones. She was instrumental in getting our oldest son potty trained before he turned two, and she is currently working with our youngest, who is about to turn two. She is patient, attentive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping the children learn and grow. She has also been essential in keeping our household running smoothly. Jenny handles all the many kid-related responsibilities with great organization, efficiency, and care. She is extremely reliable and has always been willing to go above and beyond for our family. She has offered us an incredible amount of flexibility over the years—coming in early when I had early work meetings, staying overnight when I needed to travel for work, and helping whenever our schedules required additional support. Jenny was also with us when our youngest son was born. While I was in the hospital giving birth, she cared for our oldest and gave us the peace of mind of knowing he was safe, happy, and well cared for. My husband and I have trusted Jenny completely with our children, which allowed us to travel, including internationally, knowing that our boys were in the very best hands. Jenny has also been there for our family through so many special events, celebrations, and milestones over the past four years. She has witnessed our boys grow from babies into little boys and has been a part of countless memories that we will always cherish. We are incredibly grateful for the love, care, and stability she has brought into their lives. Most importantly, our children absolutely adore Jenny. They love her, respect her, and have formed an incredibly special bond with her. She has been a constant and loving presence throughout some of the most important early years of their lives. Our decision to no longer need Jenny’s full-time help is solely because our boys are reaching an age where they no longer require full-time childcare. This is not a reflection of our desire to part ways with her. In fact, it is an enormous loss for our family. We will miss having her as such an important part of our everyday lives, and finding someone who has earned the level of trust we have in Jenny will be difficult. We are truly grateful for everything Jenny has done for our family. She has given us far more than childcare—she has given us reassurance, flexibility, support, and the comfort of knowing our children were loved and cared for when we couldn’t be there ourselves. Jenny is an absolute gem. She is dependable, caring, hardworking, flexible, trustworthy, and deeply devoted to the children in her care. Any family fortunate enough to have her join their household will gain not only an exceptional nanny, but someone who will truly become a valued and trusted part of their family.
