Wonderful! Amanda is responsive to the baby's needs, encouraging and interactive. She is on time and communicates if she is delayed or needs days off in advance. She does light housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, putting away of baby clothes and organizing toys, clothes etc. She suggests toys, books and other items she thinks will help in the baby's development and for a new time parent that's is helpful. We are thrilled to have such a great nanny!
